Ride your mountain bike, hike, snowshoe or trail run through Lake Rebecca’s Big Woods landscape with numerous opportunities to view the park’s wetlands and wildlife. The trailhead for this 13.25-mile trail begins at the Hilltop Picnic Area. A series of loop trails extends south through the central portion of the park and are designated to accommodate a variety of skill levels, from easy to advanced. This trail replaces the former 3.5-mile mountain bike trail in the park and is designed to reduce erosion. The trail was funded in part through the Federal Recreational Trails Program and was designed and maintained in partnership with volunteers from Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists (MORC).
